Never lose another lead to slow follow‑up.

We build the system that sits behind your offer: the one that answers every call, replies to every form, and follows up until the appointment is on your calendar. You keep the accounts; we wire them together and hand them over working.

  • Free 30‑minute call
  • No long‑term contract
  • Built on your accounts

Built on the tools you already trust

  • GoHighLevel

  • Vapi
  • Supabase
  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Airtable
  • HeyGen

The problem

You don’t lose deals on the pitch.
You lose them in the gaps after it.

  • Missed calls go to voicemail

The call your team couldn’t get to becomes a voicemail nobody calls back.

  • Web forms sit unanswered

An enquiry waits in an inbox while the lead messages your competitor.

  • Follow-up runs out of steam

The third follow-up never happens, so warm leads quietly go cold.

  • Nights and weekends

Enquiries outside office hours wait until Monday, if they wait at all.

  • Everything is retyped by hand

Details get copied between a phone, an inbox and a CRM, or not at all.

  • More volume means another hire

Growth adds a salary instead of adding leverage.

What we build

To stop losing leads you need four systems in place.

  • Answer
  • Capture
  • Follow up
  • Hand over

01 · AI voice receptionist

Answers the calls your team can’t get to: day, night and weekends.

Knows your hours, services and prices, and takes the caller’s details.

  • Answers 24/7, in your voice
  • Knows hours, services & pricing
  • Captures caller details
  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Texts you a summary

02 · Lead capture

Every enquiry from every channel lands in one pipeline, qualified and routed, instead of scattered across an inbox and a phone.

  • One pipeline for every channel
  • Instant first reply
  • Auto-qualified & routed
  • Tagged and tracked
  • Nothing falls on the floor

03 · Content engine

One row becomes a finished, published video:

researched, scripted, voiced, rendered and posted without anyone touching an editor.

Selected work

Systems running in production.

Automations we designed, built and handed over, not mockups. Ask us to walk through any of them live on a call.

  • Content automationIn production

One row becomes a published video

Built for a content business. The system picks up a topic, researches it, writes the script, generates the voice, renders an avatar presenter, adds captions and publishes across platforms.

    • n8n
    • Airtable
    • HeyGen
  • Agency operationsIn production

A billing watchdog for a whole account fleet

Built for a US GoHighLevel agency running a large sub-account fleet. A daily job audits every account’s wallet balance, pauses delinquent locations before they run up cost, and posts a morning summary to Telegram.

    • n8n
    • GoHighLevel API
    • Telegram
  • Lead generationIn-house tool

Turning map listings into contactable leads

Our own prospecting engine. It pulls every business in a niche and city from Google Maps, then crawls each site to recover real owner emails and direct numbers.

    • Python
    • Playwright
    • httpx
  • DistributionShipped

Publishing to every community at once

A browser extension that composes a post once (text, image, category), then publishes it across every community the operator belongs to, with delivery logging and a dry run.

    • Chrome MV3
    • JavaScript

Client names stay anonymous until we have written permission to use them.

What others do

Consultants hand you a slide deck. Tools make you the operator. Agencies rent you their team.

What we do

We build the system on your accounts, hand you the keys, and leave it running without us.

The difference

What changes when the system does the chasing.

Manual processes and self-serve tools leak leads in the same six places. This is where an installed system behaves differently.

Where it shows A Zeptic Flow system Doing it manually
Response to a new lead Under a minute, any hour Whenever someone is free
Nights and weekends Same as any other hour Voicemail
Setup and upkeep Built and maintained for you A tool you run yourself
Follow-up Every lead, every time When it gets remembered
Cost of more volume The same flat system Another person on payroll
Where the data lives Your accounts, handed over Locked to the vendor

How it runs

Four steps, and you own the result.

  1. We test your funnel

We fill in your form and call your number like a customer would, then tell you exactly where enquiries are dropping, whether or not you hire us.

  2. We scope one build

A fixed price and a fixed date for a specific system. You approve the scope in writing before anything starts.

  3. We build it on your accounts

Everything is wired inside accounts you own and can log into. No black box to rent from us.

  4. We hand it over working

A walkthrough recording, notes on how to change each part, and a window where fixes are free. Then it’s yours.

A good fit

  • A service business or agency losing leads to slow follow-up
  • On GoHighLevel, or open to it
  • Has real inbound volume (calls + forms)
  • Wants to own the system, not rent it
  • Can give tool access and quick feedback

Not a fit

  • Wants overnight magic with no inputs
  • Has almost no inbound yet
  • Wants the cheapest freelancer
  • Won’t give account access
  • Expects it to run with zero involvement

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Including the parts that aren’t convenient for us.

A single automation is usually live within a week of the scope being agreed. A voice agent takes longer to get right: we budget two to three weeks, most of which is tuning what it says. You get a fixed date before you pay anything.

No. If you have it, we build inside your account. If you don’t, we can host a sub-account at a flat monthly rate, or wire the same outcome into whatever you already run. The system matters more than the platform under it.

Yes, but not on day one in the US. Carriers require every business texting number to be registered before it can send, and that takes a few days to a few weeks. We start it the moment you sign, and the voice and email parts go live while it clears.

Every build includes a window after handover where fixes are free. After that you can keep us on a small monthly plan, or take it in-house: you own the accounts either way.

Not in our experience. It absorbs the work nobody had time for (the after-hours calls, the third follow-up, the data entry), so your people spend the day on conversations that need a person.

We’re a small remote team, and the person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. No account-manager layer, which is why we cap how many builds run at once.

Free · 30 minutes · No pitch

Find out what your missed leads are costing.

On the call we test your funnel live (we’ll fill in your form and call your number) and tell you where enquiries are dropping. You leave with that answer whether or not you work with us.
