What we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Plain language, no surprises.

Who we are
Zeptic Flow is an automation studio that builds n8n and GoHighLevel systems for service businesses and agencies. For anything in this policy, write to nakib@zepticflow.com.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form, and shares it with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the conversation.
- Payments. Subscriptions and setup fees are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we see the outcome of the payment, not the card.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) to run and secure the site.
- Fonts. Pages load type from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, roughly where you are in the world, and which buttons you click, including when you open the booking page or complete a booking. We look at this in aggregate; it is not used to identify you personally.
This site runs no advertising pixels and no remarketing tags, and we do not sell or share what we collect with advertisers. The Cal.com booking widget, Stripe checkout and Google Analytics operate under their own privacy policies. If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking blocker or Google’s own opt-out add-on will stop the analytics from loading, and the site works exactly the same without it.
How we use it
To hold the call you booked, to scope and deliver the work you commission, to invoice for it, and to reply when you write to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Client systems
Building automations means working inside accounts you own: your CRM, your workflows, your data. We use that access only to build, test and maintain what was scoped, and nothing in your accounts is shared with anyone else. We ask for written permission before naming any client publicly; until then, case studies stay anonymous.
How long we keep it
Booking details and correspondence are kept for as long as we work together and as long afterwards as invoicing and legal obligations require. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete the record at any time.
Your rights
Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer those requests directly; there is no form, no queue, no runaround.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
